Our Fees

There are two charges applied to all bookings on The Autism Site.

The Platform Fee

The Platform Fee is 7.95%. It is charged to the client, and is added to the Support Worker's hourly rate.

Note that the total cost (hourly rate + platform fee) cannot exceed the maximum hourly rate indicated in the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

Example: The Participant and Support Worker agree to a rate of $50 per hour. The Participant's total cost per hour will be:

$50 (the 'agreed rate') + $3.98 (the Platform Fee) = $53.98 per hour.

The Service Fee

The Service Fee is 8%. It is charged to Support Workers, and is deducted from the agreed hourly rate.

Example: The Participant and Support Worker agree to a rate of $50 per hour. The Support Worker's payment will be:

$50 (the 'agreed rate') - $4 (the Service Fee) = $46 per hour.

The Autism Site total fee is 15.95%. This includes access to the platform, and covers the costs of Support Worker verification checks, invoicing and payment processing, Support Worker training, and comprehensive insurance for every shift.
