Fees
Support Workers
Support Workers on The Autism Site are independent contractors. This means they have their own terms, conditions, and fee scales. All Support Workers are also covered by Autism Abilities' comprehensive insurance for your peace of mind. You can negotiate rates with your Support Worker, and this is reflected in your Service Agreement. Rates are capped at the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements (inclusive of the platform fee of 7.95%). Currently, the NDIS Pricing Arrangement fees are:
Fee Type | NDIS Price Limit |
---|---|
Weekday Daytime (6.00am to 8.00pm) | $67.56 |
Weekday Evening (8.00pm to 12.00am) | $74.44 |
Weekday Nights (12.00am to 6.00am) | $75.82 |
Saturdays (anytime) | $95.07 |
Sundays (anytime) | $122.59 |
Positive Behaviour Support Assistants and Therapy Assistants
The hourly rate for both PBS Assistants and Therapy Assistants is fixed at $86.79 per hour for all sessions.
How The Autism Site Works
We simplify the process of getting access to the supports you need, here's how.
1
Search for a worker
This can be a Support Worker, a PBS Assistant, or even a Therapy Assistant on our network.
2
Send them a message
Directly message potential workers you are interested in to organise a free 'meet and greet' session.
3
Service Agreement
If the meet and greet goes well and you would like to proceed, ask your worker for a Service Agreement, then sign it.
4
Organise Shifts
Organise shifts directly with your worker through The Autism Site
5
Approve Shifts
Easily approve shifts through your dashboard
6
Receive an Invoice
Invoices are generated by your worker and sent to either you (if you are self-managed) or your plan manager (if you are plan-managed). We are currently unable to service NDIA-managed budgets.
